Sides and Starters:
- House Pickles: Fresh, refrigerator-style dill pickles. Spears or slices
- Greens: Kale, Collards and Spinach simmered with chilis and smoked pork.
- Traditional Coleslaw: cabbage, carrot, vinegar and mayo
- Jamaican Coleslaw: grilled pineapple and smoked paprika
- Potato Salad: grilled potatoes, hard-boiled egg, green onion, celery, parsley

BBQ:
All barbecue is cooked on a U.D.S. (Ugly Drum Smoker) low and slow over charcoal. After it's cooked, it's slathered in our signature sauce and seared on a hot grill. Pick Yellow (mustard-based) or Red (traditional tomato-based) BBQ Sauce.
- St. Louis Ribs: cut off the tips of a rack of spare ribs and you get the St. Louis Ribs. Also known as Kansas City ribs.
- Rib Tips: the juicy, meaty part of spareribs. cut into bit-sized pieces.
- Baby-Back Ribs: between the backbone and the loin, these are extra tender ribs
- Pulled Pork: a Boston Butt, or shoulder roast is Dry-rubbed and smoked 8+ hours, developing that tell-tale smoke ring and bark, then shredded by hand and served with choice of sauce.
- Beef Brisket: dry-rubbed, smoked for 8+ hours. served sliced.
- Buffalo Chicken Wings*: dry-rubbed, smoked and slathered.
- Whole Butterfly Chicken: a whole chicken butterflied, rubbed and smoked. Can be served whole, or cut into pieces for you (wings, thighs, legs, breasts)
- Pulled Chicken: whole chicken seasoned and smoked, hand-pulled and served with choice of sauce.
- Vegan-Ribs: gluten-based imitation ribs, homemade, chewy and like the real thing.
- Vegan-Wings: cauliflower florets tossed in batter, baked and slathered in sauce.

*Buffalo refers to the cut of the chicken wing. it is the same cut of chicken as traditional buffalo wings, but it is dry-rubbed with bbq seasoning and smoked and slathered with BBQ sauce, NOT fried. We don't deep-fry anything.
